Features:
The Industrial Dust Filter can precisely intercept dust of different particle sizes. Ordinary filter elements can filter particles larger than 5-10 micrometers. Some high-end products (such as those with PTFE coating or glass fiber materials) have a filtration efficiency of over 99.96% for 0.3 micrometer-sized fine dust, meeting the high cleanliness requirements of industries such as medicine and food.
Dust removal filter elements can adapt to various temperature environments based on the filter material. Polyester fiber filter elements are suitable for normal temperature scenarios below 80℃; glass fiber filter elements can withstand temperatures above 260℃, meeting the filtration requirements for high-temperature dust such as in metallurgy and boiler flue gas.
